Oracle Type O Partner Newsletter

To help Oracle keep in touch with its partner base regularly, we create and maintain an e-newsletter. Named Type O, each issue begins with Oracle’s general business direction for the coming months. This allows partners to understand Oracle’s major plays, such as Cloud, Oracle on Oracle and Platform Innovation, and how they will impact their businesses.

Channel partners are an invaluable part of Oracle’s business. They bring in sales, build complementary solutions and often are the brand ambassadors to many customers. That is why it is important to supply partners with the most up-to-date market information, tools and incentives to motivate—and enable—them to sell for the company.

By reading the Type O partner newsletter, partners will be more aware of market forces and the sales arsenal at their disposal. The newsletters showcase a wide range of assets, such as white papers, ebooks and information on the latest upgrades and product features. At the end, partners will be more confident in advising customers on the latest trends, understanding real challenges and recommending the right solutions.

Type O also publicises success stories to get partners excited about Oracle’s business. In every issue of the partner newsletter, we select an outstanding partner company, who has clinched an award or received a certification, to demonstrate the potential benefits that await Oracle partners.  We also highlight milestone events, such as OpenWorld and CloudWorld, to start conversations about the latest developments in Oracle.
